Mozilla Launched “Firefox Monitor” To Alert you if your data has been stolen / breached

Firefox Monitor

Mozilla launched a free service called Firefox Monitor to help users find out whether their accounts have been compromised by any of the numerous data breaches that occur every year.

For more security you can also register with the service to alert you if you’re ever affected by an incident in the future.

This new service comes via a partnership of Mozilla  with Have I Been Pwned .

This site has been offering the such service since it launched in 2013.

This service of Mozilla is completely safe to use as they make sure that the email addresses entered on Firefox Monitor are not shared with any third parties or even with its partner Have I Been Pwned.

This new service of Firefox is very much helpful but one can avoid data breach by following good amount of discipline while adding passwords , change password periodically, enabling two-factor authentication.
